Operation Spring Failure

OpEd

Sedition: the crime of saying, writing or doing something that encourages people to disobey their government. :  incitement of resistance to or insurrection against lawful authority : Crime of creating a revolt, disturbance or violence against lawful civil authority with the intent to cause its overthrow or destruction. Because it is limited to organizing and encouraging opposition to government rather than directly participating in its overthrow, sedition is regarded as falling one step short of the more serious crime of treason.1

Treason: the betrayal of a trust : the offense of attempting by overt acts to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance or to kill or personally injure the sovereign or the sovereign’s family.2

18 US Code 2384If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.3

18 US Code 2385Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or

Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group or assembly of persons who teach, advocate or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—(read the rest regarding conspiracy and punishment on the link).4

Any questions about the above what I believe are very clear definitions can be answered by simply reading the expanded definitions from the links in the footnotes. The United States Constitution is also clear on what Sedition and Treason are and are not as is the US Legal Code, hopefully these definitions are not ambiguous. I know, it may be a slog through, nevertheless before I can begin to rant it is important there is no ambiguity regarding the language I use or where I point my fingers.

Now as laughable as the idiots of Operation American Spring were, there is at the core a true problem with their ‘message’, it is sedition. It is calling for the overthrow of the duly elected or nominated and Congressionally approved members of the Administration of this nation, including:

  • President Barack Obama
  • Vice President Joseph Biden
  • Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid
  • Speaker of the House  John Boehner
  • Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell
  • House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi
  • Attorney General Eric Holder

In addition to those named above on the main manifesto, reading further you find the following named as co-defendants on the Articles of Impeachment:

  • Representative Barney Frank (Ret), based on his role as Chair of House Financial Services
  • Andy Stern, former President of SEIU
  • Valerie Jarrett, adviser to the President
  • George Soros, political contributor
  • Cass Sunstein, adviser to the President, Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs under the Obama Administration
  • Al Gore, former Vice President of the United States, current Secretary of State under President Obama
  • Hillary Clinton, former First Lady, former Secretary of State under President Obama

Quite the list, isn’t it? In total, these tools have come up with fifteen (15), yes that is right, fifteen incredibly ignorant reasons the President of the United States should be impeached so their choices du jour can conduct a Kangaroo Court and then take over the country without the necessity of an election. Oh, did I mention who their presiding ‘judges’ for this farcical bit of ignorance would be? Here you go…

Do you notice a common theme? Should we start with the lack of representative government, missing that in their march to ‘Restore a Constitutional Government’. Guess they only want their version and their representatives, never mind the rest of us that is the majority of us, the sane one part of the citizenry. Can I say it again, what a bunch of tools, pure imbeciles. These fools, these cretins are the reason I support mandatory sterilization in some cases, ignorance is a learned behavior and this level of ignorance is certainly a family trait.

Here are just some of the tools who have been promoting or in some cases leading the charge of what can only be termed Dumb and Dumb as a Stump:

Those who are dishonoring the uniform of the United States of America should be stripped of the honor immediately, should lose their retirement benefits, immediately and should have their asses kicked by those who serve with honor, immediately. Sound harsh, don’t really care they are obviously so blinded by hate, ignorance, bigotry and plain old stupid they are incapable of understanding the plain and simple rules; we won, Barak Obama is the President of the United States because we won, we voted him into office because we liked his ideas better than yours. Now simply crawl back into your cave and stay there, stop making a spectacle of yourself it is embarrassing.

Getting back to the issue of Sedition, those I have already pictured here yes based on the laws I have quoted they are guilty of Sedition. Know who else is guilty of Sedition? This old Fraud and all his toy soldiers as well.

Know what my answer to all this is? Let’s round all these Seditious, trouble-making azzclowns up and throw them into prison. Let’s grab their property and their assets, let’s grab their guns while we are at it, just for the fun of it. Let’s make examples out of them, let’s hold them to the laws and the Constitution they are constantly telling us they love. While we are at it, let’s investigate a few of their friends in high places, including Congress and the Senate who spur them on to this absolute waste of time and energy and let’s follow the money to where the real problem is.

Koch Brothers

Koch Brothers

When we have them all in nice comfy cells, holding them without bond let’s spend the next several years (think Benghazi) investigating them and trying them and if necessary re-trying them cause what else do we have to do, there must be something we missed the first time. Let’s make their lives a living hell. Let’s look under every single rock, let’s rock their world and I do not mean in a good way.

That is what I think we should do with these pathetic – seditious – traitorous – bigots. But you know, what do I know I am just a Progressive – Liberal – Hippie who voted for Barack Obama.

  1. Big Smiles, Val as I read your words, yet not in the loop of your politics its not sinking in… But loved your last few words in red.. I think most could tag them to a few politicians they know of.. and add a few more! 😉 xxx Big hugs

    Well said, Valentine…well said indeed.

  3. I completely agree, Val. (And just imagine how excited the prison industry will be 🙂
Unfortunately, our law enforcement is too toothless and corrupt to actually go after a systemic problem like this – all they are any good for is for small-time crooks and occasional stop and frisk. And one of the reasons is that there’s quite of these seditionists in the law enforcement – think Sheriff Joe Arpaio, or that new story about New Hampshire’s police commissioner calling Obama an n-word.

  4. The megabanks and megacorps with their yes men elected officials run the country and the right to vote is an illusion of democracy.

Such a great post!!! So very well done! Thanks for sharing!!

I like how they list a bunch of non-government workers in their “articles of impeachment.” Impeach them from what? They don’t even hold office.

    • You would have to read the entire thing, it is idiotic and so full of holes you can run a tank through it. The don’t just want to Impeach, they want to put them all on trial in criminal and civil court for all sorts of things. But first, impeach. The Kangaroo Court would be set up to judge them and of course take over as well. It is all the most foolish thing I have read in many a year. Mind you, I am not a lawyer, or even a legal scholar but a 5th grader would have done a better job.

      • reasonablyliberal1 says:

Yeah, I looked at it a little bit. Funny how they cited Wikipedia. It seems like they didn’t even hire a lawyer.

        • I thought that was rather amusing also. At least I know how to go find actual legal definitions. If need be I can go find case law even, but then I graduated the 6th grade.

          😉

  7. Jueseppi B. says:

This is what drones are for, drone their racist treasonous asses.

    • I believe this is what they were hoping for, to be martyrs. They brought their crucifix (on wheels) and everything. I wouldn’t want to give the sons-of-bitches what they want, to easy.

  8. Jueseppi B. says:

    Reblogged this on The ObamaCrat™.

  9. I think some arrests are in order. Truly these folks say they want their country back. Back from what? In a democracy – which they say they love – the people vote. And majority rules. It’s “FREEDOM” – it is NOT “FREEDOM TO HAVE WHAT I WANT, EVEN IF I LOST.” Inciting to overthrow an elected government is a crime.

    • That it is. I think this administration shows enormous restraint in allowing these idiots their continued ‘freedom of speech’. There is a point in time where you have to say, ‘you can’t yell fire in a crowded theater’.

    • Nancy, you took my comment right off of my fingertips. I make light of all of this, but really, it isn’t at all funny. It is dangerous and it is leading us down a path that 99.9% of Americans don’t want to tread. But going after them is going to simply inflame the fringes and make more of these folks. So it is a scary situation.
